According to Davidson family tradition, she married William Davidson about 1810 in Connellsville. Their son was George Hudson Davidson.
Her parents are not known in the supplied notes. She is known according to Davidson family traditions as the mother of George Hudson Davidson. George was born in 1811, and William Davidson was in the Army and a prisoner in 1812. The marriage to William ended during this time, and shortly thereafter she married James Utellas Collins.
Huldah and James Utellas Collins had nine children: John, Lydia, William, Mary, Eliza, Jane, Phiba, Joseph, and Jimmie Collins. Later chart notes name spouses for William, Mary, Eliza, Jane, and Joseph, and say Jimmie was killed in the Mexican War. Huldah apparently stayed in the Connellsville area all her life and appears on several census reports during her life.
Her will was probated in 1878. She is buried in Hill Grove Cemetery in Connellsville with her husband James, son William and his wife Sarah, and her daughter Phiba. She was apparently involved in the life of George Hudson Davidson, who was probably raised in her home before he left for Ohio. She was also in contact with George after he moved to Lick Run Farm. Daniel Collins, son of John Collins, was working at the farm at the time of the 1870 census.
